A digital painting I created on Procreate. Trying here to work with underpainting and unique perceptions of light. I am proud of this piece as I have been having issues digitally painting faces and I am usually unhappy with the results.
I find digital painting becomes more intuitive the more I use it, and this age of AI art has removed barriers in my mind that was once there. Not saying it is necessarily a good thing, I don't know yet to be honest, but at the very least I discovered new doorways in my mind, and the existence of ai art makes my digital painting feel more real somehow.
