Today I'm going to introduce you to a well-known anime that premiered in 2023. It has one season and can be found on platforms like Crunchyroll. It's a very enjoyable romantic comedy to watch as it combines sweetness, humor, and a very nice connection with our protagonists... In other words, I think this anime is a small dose that shows us that sometimes the best relationships begin when we stop forcing things.

SYNOPSIS / SUMMARY:
Akane Kinoshita, a college student, faces the worst of situations when she ends up breaking up with her boyfriend after he has an affair with a woman he met playing an online game. While relieving her stress by rampaging through the open hunting grounds of an online game, Akane confides in "Yamada," a player she met by chance who belongs to the same guild. "I don't care," is his curt reply. But when Akane gets a makeover and joins an offline event to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend, she hears those terrible words again. And that was Akane's unexpected encounter with "Yamada"!
THE END OF A BREAKUP MARKS A NEW BEGINNING:
After Akane's breakup (past the devastating part), it slowly becomes a new beginning. Akane refuses to let sadness overcome her... and accidentally meets Yamada, who at first glance seemed far from romantic. But little by little, that small event is what gives rise to one of the most beautiful, sincere, and genuine relationships.
Something characteristic of this story is that it manages to unite the real world with the virtual world of video games, where little by little Akane and Yamada begin to share small moments that bring them closer.
For Akane, the game becomes a way to heal and unwind, while for Yamada, it's a new way to open up and communicate with others. The beauty of this relationship is that neither seeks to change the other. Akane remains spontaneous, expressive, and somewhat clumsy, while Yamada remains very calm (unfortunately, Yamada has to deal with moments where Akane ends up completely drunk).
Personally, I really like the connection they both have; it comes from understanding, small gestures, and certain everyday moments, which makes it feel much more real and close.
NEW FRIENDSHIPS, NEW OPPORTUNITIES:
Throughout the anime (and as Akane grieved the end of her previous relationship), she met new friends within the gaming community (who belonged to the same guild or "family"). I must admit that at first I wasn't too pleased with what Runa did to Akane, as she put her in danger, and because she wanted to "push her away," that small act could have led to bigger things.
These supporting characters bring something different to the story: from emotional support and advice to the funniest and most chaotic moments. But within this, they leave us with a very clear message: relationships are not only built on romantic love, but also on friendship, empathy, and respect. Akane goes from feeling alone and hurt after her breakup to discovering that there are many more people willing to share laughter, support, and affection with her.
A STORY ABOUT HEALING:
Beyond the comedy and romance of this anime, it also addresses how to overcome a breakup without losing one's inner self. Akane greatly improved her perspective by accepting what she experienced and understanding that she doesn't need to prove her worth through a relationship (although it didn't happen overnight). Little by little, she realized that true and reciprocated love comes when one is honest with oneself.
On the other hand, Yamada also has a somewhat different journey, as he is normally used to being alone and seeing romantic relationships as unnecessary. After meeting Akane, he slowly learns to trust and allow someone into his world without fear.
The two of them complement each other in a silent but very meaningful way, and the anime manages to convey that connection without the need for major plot twists and drama.
Finally, I highly recommend this anime because it has a light, sweet, and completely sincere plot... it's one of those plots that's perfect for disconnecting from everything and enjoying a story about how two very different people find each other and grow together. It's a story about healing, laughter, and love without pressure, with animation full of soft tones and moments you'll remember again and again.

El día de hoy les presentaré un anime muy conocido estrenado en 2023, cuenta con 1 temporada y lo pueden encontrar en plataformas como Crunchyroll. Es una comedia romántica muy agradable de ver ya que combina esa dulzura, humor y una conexión muy bonita con nuestros protagonistas... en otras palabras creo que este anime es una pequeña dosis que nos muestra que a veces las mejores relaciones comienzan cuando dejamos de forzar las cosas.

SINOPSIS / RESUMEN:
Akane Kinoshita, una estudiante universitaria, se enfrenta a la peor de las situaciones cuando acaba rompiendo con su novio después de que este tenga una aventura con una mujer que conoció jugando a un juego online. Mientras alivia su estrés arrasando los cotos de caza abiertos de un juego online, Akane le cuenta todo a "Yamada", un jugador que conoció por casualidad y que pertenece al mismo gremio. "No me importa", es su cortante respuesta. Pero cuando Akane se hace un cambio de imagen y se une a un evento offline para vengarse de su exnovio, vuelve a oír esas terribles palabras. ¡Y ese fue el inesperado encuentro de Akane con "Yamada"！
EL FIN DE UNA RUPTURA MARCA UN NUEVO COMIENZO:
Después de la ruptura de Akane (Pasando la parte devastadora), se convierte poco a poco en un nuevo punto de partida, Akane se niega a dejarse vencer por la tristeza... y sin querer encuentra a Yamada que a primera vista fue algo lejos de ser romántico, pero poco a poco ese pequeño acontecimiento es lo que da inicio a una de las relaciones más lindas, sinceras y genuinas.
Algo característico de esta historia es que logra unir el mundo real con lo virtual que son los videojuegos, donde poco a poco Akane y Yamada comienzan a compartir pequeños momentos que los van acercando.
Para Akane, el juego se vuelve una forma de sanar y distraerse, mientras que para Yamada es una nueva forma para abrirse y comunicarse con los demás. Lo bonito de esta relación que forma es que ninguno busca cambiar al otro. Akane sigue siendo una persona espontánea, expresiva y algo torpe, mientras que Yamada se mantiene siendo una persona muy serena (Lamentablemente Yamada debe lidiar con momentos en el cual Akane termina completamente borracha).
En lo personal, me agrada mucho la conexión que tienen ambos, viene de la comprensión, de los pequeños gestos y ciertos momentos que pertenecen al día a día lo cual hace que se sienta algo mucho más real y cercano.
NUEVAS AMISTADES, NUEVAS OPORTUNIDADES:
A lo largo del anime (Y mientras Akane transita el duelo de terminar su relación anterior), ella conoce a nuevos compañeros dentro de la comunidad del juego (Pertenecientes al mismo gremio o "familia"). Debo admitir que al inicio no me agradó mucho lo que le hizo Runa a Akane ya que la puso en peligro y por querer "alejarla", ese pequeño acto pudo llegar a cosas mayores.
Estos personajes secundarios aporta algo distinto a la historia: Desde el apoyo emocional y los consejos hasta los momentos más divertidos y caóticos. Pero dentro de esto nos dejan un mensaje bien claro, el cual las relaciones no solo se construyen con amor romántico, sino también con amistad, empatía y respeto. Akane pasa de sentirse sola y herida tras su ruptura, a descubrir de que hay muchísimas más personas dispuestas a compartir con ella risas, apoyo y cariño.
UNA HISTORIA SOBRE SANAR:
Más allá de la comedia y el romance de este anime, también menciona el cómo superar una ruptura sin perder la esencia propia. Akane mejora mucho su perspectiva al aceptar lo que vivió y entender que no necesita demostrar lo que vale por medio de una relación (Aunque eso no fue de la noche a la mañana), poco a poco se dio cuenta que un amor verdadero y correspondiente llega cuando uno sincero consigo mismo.
Por otro lado, Yamada también tiene un proceso algo distinto, ya que normalmente se encuentra acostumbrado de estar solo y ver las relaciones amorosas como algo innecesario, después de conocer a Akane aprende poco a poco a confiar y permitir que alguien entre en su mundo sin miedo.
Ellos dos se complementan de una forma silenciosa pero muy significativa, y el anime logra transmitir esa conexión sin necesidad de grandes giros de la trama y dramatismos.
Para finalizar, recomiendo mucho este anime ya que viene con una trama ligera, dulce y completamente sincera... es de esas tramas que son ideales para desconectarse de todo un poco y disfrutar de una historia de como dos personas muy distintas, logran encontrarse y crecer juntas. Es una historia sobre sanar, reír y amar sin presiones, con una animación llena de tonos suaves y momentos que recordarás una y muchísimas veces más.
