I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. I'll easily cross the threshold for 10,600 Hive Power today, and right on schedule, as my HP growth accelerates ever more rapidly. I'm so curious how next week will go, and whether I'll be able to gain another 100 HP in those seven days. I'm definitely noticing a quickening.
Even though my HP is growing increasingly quickly, it will still be necessary to give it a large manual boost to reach my year-end goal of 15,000 Hive Power. That manual boost will be toward the end of the year, and the first step of making it happen will be initiated tomorrow, with my swap of $600 cash into LTC, via a crypto-loving jungle neighbor. I should receive that $600 worth of LTC in my wallet (as SWAP.LTC) by the evening of Sunday, August 24th, so a week from tomorrow.
As I've mentioned, as soon as I receive that SWAP.LTC, I'm going to swap half of it for SWAP.HIVE, then add it all into the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC diesel/liquidity pool, to earn pool fees for about 3 months time. Given that this pool ranks 6th for the amount of pool fees earned, with $600 in liquidity I should be able to increase my holding quite nicely for the time that my assets will be in the pool.
I'm wondering how far I'll be able to get by the time that I actually do my next mega-powerup. I'm guessing that I'll be somewhere around 12,000 HP, so I'll need a boost of about 3,000 HP. With today's prices, $600 would give me about 2,685 HIVE. I'm pretty sure that I'll be able to make up the difference from the 3 months of pool fees. Fingers crossed on that one.
As it stands at the moment, this fiat investment goes to Hive Power, the next one I'm thinking needs to go to acquiring LEO, LSTR, and SURGE, and after that it's investing in the off-chain-leveraging pools, starting with SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC, SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC, and SWAP.BTC:SWAP.LTC. Those fiat investments will cover the rest of this year, plus all of next year, if my fiat income stays the same, and if I invest every 3 months, which is my goal, though if I'm able to do it in more rapid succession, I certainly will. I'm working to get ahead of some massive incoming crypto waves, to hopefully ride them to some extraordinary gains. It's all about good leverage and timing.
Yesterday, Friday, after finishing up my Hive tasks, I left the Flow House quite late, just after 3PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts. When I had a good batch of photos taken, I got my machete and did some clearing along the driveway between the Landing and the Flow House. With that done, I made myself some food (spiced-and-seasoned ground beef, eggs, onions, tomatoes, amaranth leaves, ketuk leaves, longevity spinach leaves, olive oil, and sea salt), and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hand(s), I headed back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by just before 9:30PM, and after some asset management, and a scan of my X feed, I went to bed around 11:45PM. I woke up about 7:30AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 11AM, so a fantabulous time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my other few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, straining and blending kefir, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
