*A life that truly inspires others to live is the greatest legacy anyone can leav.
A few months back, i lost a dear cousin the population that came for her burial was massive. A testament of her impact. Everyone kept how she was a good person and her presence was always felt positively- honesty she was a good person. Days later i reflected on her life and said to myself, she lived well and will be remembered forever.
Someday, when i am no longer here i want to be remembered as a good, kind, compassionate and loving person. Someone who expressed loved and kindness in it's simplest form.
Someone who listened to othere and help when no one did. Someone who had positive impact on the lives of others through my work, relationships and the society.
I remembered sometime last year, a friend called and told me how she reconnected with a mutual friend and how they spent over an hour talking about me- my attitude towards life, how i remained optimistic throughout our school days, and how i had always helped them. In all honesty it gladdened my heart and i was happy they had good things to say about me.
Things has been easy lately, i want to be remembered as someone who never gave up till i succeeded ( like Thomas Edison ). I want to leave a lasting legacy that even my generation onborn will hear of, someone that helped others realized their dream with my good will.
Sometimes i wonder what am doing differently that my younger sister will always say i am her role model and she will want to be like me someday. In all i want to be remembered as a GOOD person who lived a life of purpose, kindness and love.
