Yesterday, there was an interesting discussion in the "💵| Card Collectors" Discord channel. That is a private channel which is "A place where those who have collected 2,500,000 CP or more can talk about the game and have access to the team."

This discussion was quite cool, and I wanted to share it here on Hive for those who might have missed it or do not have access to that channel.

It started off with this question from @affliction.

Can we create a series based on the lore? I recall we tried something with audio only but did not continue. Having character animation with the help of AI could be interesting with that.

Within a matter of hours, @jron jumped in with his creative story ideas and @shadecroat created corresponding images to illustrate the story. Here is the story and images with some editing done by me. I also added a few of my own images at the end, but I like the ones by Shade a lot more.

Opening Scene

Giant magma-filled rocks are bombarding a forest as a volcanic eruption finally dies down.

We see a young male protagonist (summoner) skillfully traversing through a burning forest, looking determined but excited.

A small Byzantine Kitty and Yodin (clearly lvl 1) following him along as he ducks and dives over burned trees and fallen logs. A bag of SPS crystals is on his waist, and a staff is strapped to his back.

Finally, the summoner comes to the edge of a crater and his eyes light up as he sees a large smouldering rock.

He equips his staff as he commands Yodin to bring forth a Magma Troll and a Flame Monkey. Yodin blows a mighty breath of magical fire and out of the flames materialize the 2 monsters.

Next, he orders them to destroy the boulder. They step back as the boulder breaks into pieces, revealing a wild, enraged Living Lava.

But this isn't a normal Living Lava. "It's got a golden aura!" He exclaims as his eyes light up.

A short battle ensues. As the Magma Troll and Flame Monkey defeat the Living Lava, the summoner hurriedly commands a medium-sized SPS crystal to float out of the adventurer's pouch. The SPS crystal circles through the air with magic whisps and hovers over the defeated Lava, drawing its essence into the crystal.

He celebrates and pats the small Yodin as the Kitty begins to heal the Flame Monkey and Magma Troll.

"Wow, my first Gold Aura Monster!" He exclaims. "Finally, I have the perfect monster to help me win tomorrow's tournament!"

"Quick, it's almost the devil's hour, let's get back to Darkmooth!"

Act Two

The summoner enters the tournament.

There is a creepy guy in the tournament who beats everyone overwhelmingly and cruelly, even killing one of his opponents by draining their soul essence in the battle. The summoner gets to the final round of the tournament, but the creepy guy disappears before facing the main protagonist.

The summoner wins by default, but the talk of the town isn't him; it's the creepy, dangerous guy who disappeared.

Rumors are spreading that he's part of the Legion of Chaos priests who have been dormant for hundreds of years.

Act Three

A monster attack on the city, they ward them off and gain some new monsters.

The protagonist meets a young female accomplice during the battle (who uses Lir and Llama). She wants to help him go on a quest to find more info on the Chaos Legion and their priests.

During the quest, they encounter swarms of monsters that help them slowly level up both their common and rare rank monsters due to the swarming nature of lower-rarity beasts.

Their monster levels get too powerful for the summoners to control their abilities at only level 1, so they go on side quests to increase their archon levels.

At an archon altar, as they are about to power up their archons they meet, and eventually defeat, a Chaos Legion shadow priest.

They rescue a young, gaunt shadow apprentice whom they befriend. He only has 1 death archon, but it's a legendary golden aura Astral Entity.

It turns out, he used to be royalty of the Chaos Kingdom, but his family was overthrown and he was banished to servitude of the order as a young apprentice.

The Story Continues

The group completes more quests. They level up monsters. They start feeling overpowered and unstoppable.

Disaster strikes, and the Chaos Legion erupts from a tear in reality and word spreads rapidly across Praetoria.
