Ureka.Social: More Improvements for Mobile, Plus Better Commenting.

Thanks for all of your feedback on @ureka.social. The site now has a bunch of improvements live for you to test:

• Finished the mobile/table friendly layouts - included the settings page and added notifications for these screen sizes.
• Improved the appearance of the Network Settings page.
• Improved the commenting process for better UX. Added sorting and an improved comment refresh process.
• Improved Reblogging and implemented Un-Reblogging.
• A few other minor fixes.

There is a known issue with hbd interest not being calculated correctly.
