Proverbs 3:6 - In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.
Biblical christianity puts God's will first above every other thing one does. Sadly, many people want to be blessed by God but are not ready to do what He requires of them. Take for instance King Solomon in the bible practiced what we are meditating on today. We see that he sought God first and all other things were added unto him. The Bible also tells us the story of Abraham — a man whom God promised to the father of many nations through a son that He would give him. Abraham had to wait for 25 years for his promise to come to pass. In waiting, Sarah felt they needed to help God fulfill His promises and suggested to Abraham to take her maid as wife. As believers we need to prepare ourselves for the long haul, so that we can adopt this principle and make it a lifestyle and by so doing God will never let us down. May God bless us as we endeavor to carry out His Will.
