MONOMAD — Water Drops

Beautiful yet disturbing. Since July, the rain has been continuously pouring. Only on few occasions the sun will shine on us, and after a moment, the rain pours again. And It goes like that throughout a whole day.  This is August and it's still the same. Sometime last year, and early this year, news were circulating everywhere that mid this year which happens to be now, would be very cold. Climate change they termed it. Some people waved it off . I personally thought snow will start falling here in Nigeria, then Canada will start experiencing harmattan 😂 That was my own interpretation.  Little did I know that I'll get to a stage of almost frying my clothes in a pot to dry. Because, what is this?😂 A whole day can't pass without rainfall. Certainly , it is disturbing. Nevertheless, daily activities still continue. Rain can hinder some activities but not all, as I could take these photos while in school .  These photos were taken about a week ago. Just water drops on leaves after the early morning rain. I was still inside my departmental laboratory when the rain stopped. I had to go out and get some materials I needed for my work that day. Graphsheet, pencil and eraser to be specific.  When I got out , the view of these beautiful water drops on leaves pulled me in. I decided to exercise my photography skills a bit. I took some time to take the photos, moving from place to place in directions where I saw leaves and plants. Most of them were in the midst of green grasses.
