Though I'm no self acclaimed artist or painter, but whenever I get time I feel like investing it into excavate the moment's memory in a memoir, not indulging in silly town talks or idle time...
This is a modernist portrayal of Radha, holding and playing a flute, that originally belongs to Krishna, her beloved. In Hindu myth, the lovestory is as old as time and as fascinating and charming as Cupid-Psyche's. Radha used to get intoxicated with the soft and lulling music of Krishna's flute along with hundred and eight young ladies, and Krishna's attention never seemed complete to her soul and she just wished hard "banamāli tumi poro jonome hoiyo rādhā" that is to say, Banamāli, another name for Krishna, please be Rādhā and feel her heart in your next birth.
That imaginary world of subverted reality of their incomplete lovestory is colour-splashed in my canvas.
So, here you go!
Thanks a lot for sharing your time with me.
