On Focus... 19 October, 2025  ___ ### Happy Sunday! ___  Page 1 ___ 19th October, 2025 Dear me, ### FOCUS I know your mind is full with ideas, plans, dreams, responsibilities, all tugging for your attention. But listen! You cannot pour into ten directions and expect to see growth in one. Slow down, breathe, choose your one thing, and give it your full heart. You’ve started too many times, gotten distracted too often, and felt guilty for not finishing. But this time, you are staying. Stay with what matters. Stay long enough to see the fruit. Decide that your energy is too sacred to be wasted on noise. Don’t let comparison blur your path. Don’t let fear whisper that you are behind. Every minute you give to what truly matters builds something lasting. ___  Page 2 ___ Keep your eyes on your purpose, I mean your "why". The results will come, but now, your job is to keep showing up with clarity and consistency. You are not missing out, neither are you locking in. Stay Focused! The version of you you’ve been praying to become needs this kind of discipline. I am enjoying the journey and I know it will help me with handwritten journalling which is crucial especially when I'm in my closet where thr distractions of gadgets is not welcomed. As I continue, I will start using Google lens to see if my handwriting can be interpreted correctly to at least 90% accuracy. The piece is another letter to myself and to everyone out there struggling with how to stay focused doing what they were once inspired to do.
