Doing the will of God is our sole purpose for life. God created us for himself and we have the privilege of living just to do the will of God. Our life is meant to bring pleasure to God. Our very reason is that of glorifying God. Our body and our entire being must exist to pleasure God and to obey His commandments. We have to give ourselves completely to obey God.
To obey the commandments of God we have to study his words. It is in the word of God that we will understand the purpose of God. When we get to understand the purpose of God, to obey God will not be difficult. God wants us to do his will. The commandments of God is that we should obey what we are taught in the church of God.
Let us study the Bible always. The Bible contains the purpose of God for our lives. As we study the Word of God, we must willingly accept what God is teaching us and live our lives according to His laws. The Lord Jesus Christ, our Master came to us so that we can understand the things that we have to do as we continue our lives on the earth. The will of God is for us to keep his commandments. Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
