Recommendation Tokyo Revengers: Gangs, fights, and time travel. [Eng/Esp]

**Hello, anime lovers!** I hope you are all doing well. Today I want to talk to you about an anime that I was so obsessed with when it came out that I even turned to the manga to see how the story continued while they were releasing the new seasons. It hooked me so much that I watched all the available episodes in one night, although that was a while ago and this anime currently has three seasons. The story introduces us to our protagonist, Takemichi Hanagaki, a young adult who is quite depressed and dissatisfied with his adult life. Through a news report, he discovers that his high school ex-girlfriend, Hinata Tachibana, died along with her younger brother Naoto in an accident linked to the dangerous and powerful Tokyo Manji gang. Shocked by the death of his only girlfriend, he spends the rest of his day reminiscing about his high school years. Until, at the train station where Takemichi was standing, he is pushed onto the train tracks by a mysterious man. Although he thought he would die, he is surprised to realize that he has traveled back in time, 12 years into the past. With this new opportunity to not only fix his life, but also save Hinata's life, Takemichi embarks on a dangerous world of gangs and crime, where he will have to face the leaders of the dominant gangs of that time, such as the Tokyo Manji, the gang for which Hinata died. There are characters who constantly break down mentally or collapse due to the events around them, and the fact is that all the members of the Tokyo Manji or any other gang seem to be locked in a spiral of violence, hatred, and revenge. A mystery that arises from the very beginning is who pushed Takemichi and where this gift of traveling to the past came from, although how he can return to the future is revealed in the first few chapters. The anime is very good overall, although it can be somewhat confusing in terms of the time travel and how it works. La historia nos presenta a nuestro protagonista Takemichi Hanagaki un adulto joven bastante deprimido e inconforme con su vida como adulto, quien a través de un noticiero descubre que su exnovia de la secundaria, Hinata Tachibana, murió junto a su hermano menor Naoto en un accidente vinculado a la peligrosa y poderosa pandilla Tokyo Manji. Impactado porque la única novia que tuvo murió, pasa el resto de su día recordando sus años en la secundaria. Hasta que en la estación de tren donde Takemichi se encontraba, es empujado por un misterioso hombre a las vías del tren y, aunque pensó que moriría, se sorprende al darse cuenta de que ha viajado en el tiempo, 12 años atrás en el tiempo. Con esta nueva oportunidad de no solo arreglar su vida, sino de salvar la vida de Hinata, Takemichi se embarcará en un peligroso mundo de pandillas y crímenes, donde se tendrá que enfrentar a los líderes de las pandillas dominantes en aquel tiempo como la Tokyo Manji, pandilla por la que Hinata murió. Lo que empezó con el objetivo de solo salvar a Hinata se transformó en un “quiero salvarlos a todos”, esto sobre todo al formar amistad con los miembros de la Tokyo Manji. Esta empatía y voluntad de Takemichi cambian el destino de muchos. Los viajes no se tratan solo de salvar vidas, sino de sanar las heridas del pasado y reparar lo que fue roto. Su camino estará lleno de obstáculos porque parece que Hinata siempre estará destinada a morir. Takemichi debe descubrir cuáles son los eventos que provocaron que la Tokyo Manji se trasforme en la peligrosa pandilla que es en el futuro, pero sus planes siempre se ven frustrados por enemigos en las sombras o porque cualquier intento de arreglar las cosas solo empeoran el futuro y peor aún solo ocasionan más muertes. Por lo que Takemichi está atrapado en una especie de ciclo en el que arregla algo en el pasado y esto solo arregla las cosas a medias o empeora el futuro. Manjiro apodado como “Mickey”. El futuro de él y el de Hinata parecen ser los más difíciles para Takemichi de cambiar, sobre todo porque ambos personajes significan mucho para él, pero cada vez que Takemichi vuelve al futuro, parece que ellos no tienen salvación. Hay personajes que constantemente se quiebran mentalmente o colapsan por los sucesos a su alrededor y es que todos los miembros que conforman la Tokyo Manji o cualquier otra pandilla parecen estar encerrados en una espiral de violencia, odio y venganza. Un misterio que surge desde el momento uno, es quien empujó a Takemichi y de dónde surgió este don de viajar al pasado, aunque el cómo puede volver al futuro se revela en los primeros capítulos. El anime en general es muy bueno, aunque puede ser algo confuso en la parte de los viajes, en el tiempo y en el cómo funcionan.
