I completely agree with Rep. Massie and his co-sponsors on this matter. Ever since the obvious involvement of the IDF and other agencies of the Israeli government in the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas sortie and attack, during which Israeli forces slaughtered their own civilians at the rave and kibbutz while blaming Hamas for those acts - and fabricating outrageous propaganda with no basis in truth - I have become ever more outraged at the ongoing genocide of indigenous Palestinians in the Gaza strip, the West Bank, and the other vile terrorist crimes of the Israeli forces.

None of these horrific terrorist acts should have happened, and all of them have been facilitated by US taxpayers. I am completely in agreement that the US should not take any acts of war against Iran at this time. The claim that Iran is about to manufacture nuclear weapons has been repeated ad nauseum since the early 1990's, particularly by Netanyahu/Mileikowski, who have over and over again made the same baseless claim that without immediate military action by the US Iran would strike Israel with nuclear weapons. It didn't happen in the early 1990's. It didn't happen in the late 1990's. It didn't happen in the early 2000's, the late 2000's, the decade after that, and it's not happening now. He's a liar. He's lying. He just wants to destroy Iran because he wants to expand Israel, just like he lied about Hamas so he can take the land of the indigenous Palestinian people on the beautiful Mediterranean coast.

The US has no business funding his murderous real estate schemes. Not in Gaza, not in the West Bank, not in Lebanon, nor Syria, Iraq, or Iran. We shouldn't be giving Israel weapons or support of any kind to facilitate such crimes, and we absolutely should not slaughter people to facilitate such crimes. The US should be preventing those crimes, and not committing those crimes is a good first step towards a just American foreign policy. Representatives and Senators voting to spend Americans' hard earned money on genocide is not allowed by the Constitution. The US Government does not have that authority in the Constitution, and the Constitution provides all the authority the US Government lawfully has. Any US Representative or Senator that votes against Rep. Massie's bill is a traitor.
