Firstly l went to the market and bought my red apple ๐ŸŽ and Banana ๐ŸŒ for 2 dollar ๐Ÿ’ต .

Steps on how to make the juice ๐Ÿฅค:

  1. First l put the the red apple ๐ŸŽ into a bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ to wash to avoid dirt and then peel the banana ๐ŸŒ to keep it ready.

  1. You slice your banana ๐ŸŒ and your red apple ๐ŸŽ into smaller pieces for easy grinding.

  1. Then you put the sliced bananas and red apple ๐ŸŽ into the hand machine to grind.

*You can give it 30 mins or so to grind and then you can pour it into a sieve or just pour it out like that with the chaff.

*But for me l don't sieve it l drink ๐Ÿท it like that with the chaff just natural. It's your choice to drink it with the chaff or sieve it. I enjoy everything in it with my Fresh Bread.

*So it how we make our red apple ๐ŸŽ and Banana ๐ŸŒ juice ๐Ÿฅค it gives a lot of nutrients so l advice you guys to makes your own juice with my recipe.
