So I mended you, with my constant questioning if you are just fine Initially, you remained silent but I forced you on the next Until you screamed and I felt your utmost resentment I attempted to leave after I gave you my handkerchief to dry your tears But even before I can leave where we were "Wait, I don't need a handkerchief. What I need is someone who can fix my bleeding broken heart" Your words lingered and pulled me to you.
I sat beside you and you leaned your featherweight head on my shoulder I patted you As I felt your tears endlessly flow down my shoulder My mind was completely puzzled, on how I can help you But suddenly you stopped crying After I said the words "Don't worry, I will stay right here until you completely forget about him"
And from that day We were inseparable all day We talked on the phone before sleeping and after waking We don't let a day pass by without communication And as time pass I didn't see that your love is eating me slowly.
I lived in a world where you are my everything I lived in an illusion where it is us Until one day you broke me.
Yes you broke me The day you said that it is still him you love The day you said without hesitation "Please leave me" When I learned he went back to you.
You broke me As if I did not mend you As if the memories we had were nothing As if I was nothing to you.
