We are on the road to Venice at the moment, the first destination on our trip to Spain!
Recipe:๐ * 1 cup rolled oats, * 1/4 cup tigernut flour/almond flour, * 1/4 cup buckwheat, * 1 1/2 cup coconut milk, * 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar; * 1 tsp baking powder, * 1 tsp apple vinegar, * 1 tsp gingerbread spices, * 1 ripe mashed banana, * 1 tbsp lupin flour/protein powder Method: blend the rolled oats and buckwheat until you have a fine flour, add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix, add the wet ingredients and mix quick. Heat the waffle iron and bake the waffles as usual. Enjoy with toppings of choice!๐ค๐๐๐๐
