How is it possible to understand what you feel when you listen to that music, if my soul is different from yours?

And so it is with everything, not just music. We cannot feel for others, that much is clear. I haven't discovered anything new, that much is also clear.
A few minutes of stillness in my body do me good. The tips of my fingers touching each other with their twins bring serenity to my body.
I’m not praying or summoning anything; some postures of the body bring calm. I did this one intuitively, and for me it works; it makes me feel a kind of tranquil joy. I don’t think all joy has to be euphoric.
And if I accompany it with a beautiful piece of music like this, the experience feels more complete (with some good-sounding headphones—not everyone will want to listen to it, I wish everyone in my neighborhood would respect that). I close my eyes to concentrate better on the music, or better yet, to immerse myself in it, looping for a while, just breathing and listening.

And this time I do have plans for Saturday: I'll go shopping mid-morning. Here, the day is just beginning, so it's early morning and time to sleep, but I wanted to welcome the day with some light music because, for some strange reason, at one in the morning I'm still not sleepy.
I hope to find some good strawberries for a drink I want to make and come up with a good idea for a nice lunch, since I'll have a visitor who will spend a few hours with me chatting, watching movies, and...
Maybe a massage session. A foot massage is heaven for me. Not everyone likes to receive them, and not everyone is willing to give them, but this time I got lucky. How lucky!
Well, I'll continue enjoying my moment of serenity this early morning until sleep overtakes me...
Until next time

Thank you for accompanying me. I wish you good health, a dignified life.
