It's more of one of those places that has its own vibe, with tables outside, cool people, and you can see the chef cooking and giving it his all on the grill. We ordered some classic beef tacos, some mushroom tacos that I thought were crazy, and of course, some fish tacos that were, in my opinion, the best. When the first batch arrived, I almost jumped on them! The first bite of the beef taco was amazing: the tortilla was soft, the meat was cooked to perfection. The mushroom tacos surprised me a lot; they were divine! And the fish tacos were fresh and tasty. It wasn't just the food, it was the fun with my friends, the hustle and bustle of Chacao, that feeling of living a really cool moment. “This is life!” I thought as I finished the last taco. When we left El Taco Ardiente, with full bellies and happy hearts, the atmosphere in Chacao was still lively. It was truly one of those nights you never forget, a perfect mix of good food, good company, and that taste of Caracas that I love so much. So now you know... Actualmente estoy de visita por Caracas después de un buen tiempo, y unos amigos me invitaron a este lugar. Es un clásico aquí en Chacao, y los tacos son espectaculares, cuestan 3.50 cada uno, y con dos ya estaba llena. Llegamos a Chacao q eso de las 8 de la noche, y el ambiente de la calle ya olía a comida buena. "El Taco Ardiente" no es de esos lugares lujosos ni nada de eso. Es más bien de esos sitios que tienen su propia vibra, con mesas afuera, gente cool y el chef puedes verlo cocinar y dándole con todo en la plancha. Pedimos unos tacos de carne que son un clásico, unos de champiñones que me parecieron una locura, y claro, unos de pescado que fueron en mi parecer, los mejores. Cuando llegó la primera tanda, ¡casi que me lanzo encima! El primer bocado del taco de carne fue una vaina brutal: la tortilla suavecita, la carne en su punto. Los de champiñones me sorprendieron un montón, ¡quedaron divinos! Y los de pescado, fresquitos y con buen sabor. No era solo la comida, era el vacilón con mis amigos, el bullicio de Chacao, esa sensación de estar viviendo un momento bien chévere. "¡Esto es vida!", pensé mientras me terminaba el último taco. Cuando salimos de "El Taco Ardiente", con la barriga llena y el corazón contento, el ambiente de Chacao seguía prendido. La verdad es que fue una noche de esas que uno no olvida, una mezcla perfecta de buena comida, buena compañía y ese saborcito a Caracas que tanto me gusta. Así que ya sabes...
