Esta noche la cena para mi familia fueron unas deliciosas cachapas de maiz verde como le decimos en mi pueblo, primero recogimos el maiz que sembramos mi esposo y yo en el patio de la casa,luego lo desojamos para después picarlo y molerlo, la masa la colocamos en un bol o taza grande para agregarle azúcar, sal y un huevo para que quedaran suave, esto lo moví con una cuchara y coloque un sarten con la llama media y coloque la masa para darle forma redonda, esta se voltean como las arepas hasta que estén bien cocida, las acompañamos con mantequilla y queso blanco llanero y es así como disfrutamos de estas delicias preparadas en casa.
