Hoy sábado compartiendo en familia un delicioso almuerzo humildemente como dice mi madre unos deliciosos frijoles llaneros, acompañado de arroz blanco, pollo frito y tajadas, solo dure una hora para preparar esta delicia que prepararaba mi abuelita que Dios la tenga en la gloria, ella siempre nos recibía con este delicioso plato frijoles cocinados en leña, hoy me tome solo una hora como les menciones por que estos frijoles los compre en el mercado y eran blandito por que están recién cosechados, a ellos los coloque hablandar en leña, luego sofreír aliños como ajo, cebolla y ajíes, también le coloque culantro o cilantro, cebollin esto lo freí en aceite onotado con sal al gusto y deje que se cuajaran, luego prepare el pollo frito pero primero lo remoje con una guasacaca que prepare con cilantro y cebolla, para luego freírlo hasta que quedara doradito,el arroz lo prepare aparte al igual que las tajadas de platano y es así como obtuve este delicioso y humilde almuerzo para acompañarlo con un delicioso jugo de parchita o maracuya en familia.
