A week ago I started with discomfort under my back, but as they were mild twinges, I did not stop that dull pain as the doctors say in my town, then the twinges were increasing more and more often, however I did not stop it I took an ibuprofen and it calmed me down, and at work, because I had too much work, what I did was to drink soft drinks that my colleagues bought so as not to move from the site and finish quickly with the task that the bosses had assigned us, the truth is that I only urinated when I got home for a week, two days ago I felt discomfort when I urinated when I got up in the morning, it was burning when I urinated and with urine retention and so I went to work because the painkiller calmed me down, Today at noon my colleagues and I finally finished the assigned task and I came home with a little strong pain, I got home I went to the bathroom I tried to urinate and I could not, I felt that something was wrong, my daughter called the doctor and indicated me another analgesic that could calm the nephritic colic and ordered me to drink water to expel the kidney stone that was obstructing the urinary duct, My daughter asked me mommy and how did you get that stone after the expulsion, I told her simple, because I suffer from kidney stones, just cut a soda container and urinate in it and there came out that stone that relieved my pain, but now I know that I must take care more often, it is not good to have that inside the kidneys, my doctor specialist Hace una semana inicie con molestias debajo de mi espalda,pero como eran punzadas suaves,no le pare a ese dolor sordo como dicen los médicos en mi pueblo,luego las punzadas fueron aumentando cada vez mas seguido, sin embargo no le pare me tomaba un ibuprofeno y se me calmaba, y en mi trabajo debido a que tenia demasiado trabajo lo que hacia era tomar refrescos que los compañeros compraban para así no movernos del sitio y culminar rápido con la tarea que nos habían asignados los jefes,lo cierto que así tuve una semana solo orinaba cuando llegaba a casa, hace dos días sentía molestias al orinar cuando me levantaba en las mañanas, es ardor al orinar y con retención de orina y así me iba a mi trabajo por que el analgésico me calmaba,lo cierto que hoy al mediodia por fin culminamos mis compañeros y yo la tarea asignada y me vine a mi casa con un dolor ya un poco fuerte, llegue a casa fui al baño intente orinar y no pude sentía que algo no andaba bien, mi hija llamo al medico y me indico otro analgésico que me podía calmar el cólico nefritico y me mando tomar agua para así expulsar ese calculo renal que estaba obstruyendo el conducto urinario,mi hija me pregunta mami y como agarraste ese calculo después de la expulsión , le dije sencillo, debido a que yo sufro de cálculos renal , solo corte un envase de refresco y orine en el y hay salio ese calculo que alivio mi dolor, pero ya se que debo cuidarme mas seguido,no es bueno tener eso dentro de los riñones, mi doctor especialista me aconsejo que fuera mañana para hacerme un eco para visualizar como están mis riñones y así darme el tratamiento correspondiente y un poco de reposo. Los cálculos renales son depósitos duros formados por minerales y sales en la orina. Se forman dentro de los riñones.
