A veces solo hay que estar en quietud y disfrutar del entorno, sin pensar tanto, sin querer tener el control de todo, solo vivir, respirar y observar. En cosas tan simples como esas, podemos encontrar plenitud, podemos encontrar a Dios y por ende paz. Pero la mayoría del tiempo, somos engañados por nuestra imaginación, atrapados en ideas futuras que quizás nunca lleguen a suceder. Y no digo que soñar sea malo, solo pido que sueñen mientras disfrutan de lo que tienen. Abrazar, caminar, reír, sentir, saborear, compartir, amar… cosas quizás extravagantes para quienes siguen encadenados al dolor y al resentimiento, pero cosas que solo tienes cuando decides ir por ellos, sin esperar nada a cambio más que disfrutar de cada sentido de tu cuerpo. ---
