My report for this day includes a lot of movement and travel. Driving through the Bulgarian village of Gradec, we stopped at a shop called “Mushroom World”, which has a huge variety of mushrooms and mushroom products. The shop was beautifully decorated inside, and there were huge decorative mushrooms outside for decoration. The shop offers a unique parmesan, which I bought from.
