# Let's continue with the mandala book! 🤗
Happy day, afternoon, or evening 🤗! Today I bring you a new post for this beautiful Hive Art community, in which I continue to share my process with the mandala book. Do you ever feel like you're receiving messages through songs? All week long, Rihanna's song “Diamonds” has been popping into my head, and I've heard it several times this week.
I believe that we all shine in our own way, and even though we may sometimes feel low on energy, there is always a sign reminding us that it is the Matrix trying to make us give up. It is this simulation that makes us feel less than we are in order to break us down and disconnect us from ourselves. This means that it is not true; we are all high-frequency energy. Never forget that 🤗.

Personal growth is a never-ending quest. Each completed cycle speaks of a rebirth, a new awakening that helps us move forward and continue to expand our inner being. Each stroke is a silent conversation between the soul and the paper.
Because the soul grows from the center outwards, like a flower that opens slowly, respecting its natural process, without haste. It shines when the time is right and represents the core of everything we are as human beings: consciousness, intuition, the place where truth dwells.
The green, blue, and yellow petals expand like thoughts that transform into our emotions, which are the pulse of the essential and bring us home after traveling steep mountains. Our memories hold all the wisdom we have acquired.
Each layer of the mandala represents a stage of life. That is why, when we paint, our hands align with our hearts and, in that process, we become mediums channeling our own healing. Because painting is a way of bringing order to that inner chaos and reconciling the broken parts.
Nothing is ever random, not even painting. Blue speaks of calm, of that peace we all urgently long for in a world that demands us to go faster and faster. Green is life and growth; green promises us that something new will sprout despite a harsh winter. Yellow is light, it is joy, it is as if it were shouting at us, “You too can shine, we are all diamonds!” 💎
The precisely drawn edges are the healthy boundaries we set, which protect and guard our energy from those who wish to steal it. In each line there is authenticity, our own voice revealed through shapes and colors: the paths that lead inward, the possibilities and the art that breathes.
### Because art does not need to be grandiose to be profound; it just needs to be true and an extension of ourselves.

¡Feliz día, tarde o noche 🤗! Hoy les traigo un nuevo post para esta bella comunidad [**Hive Arte**](https://peakd.com/c/hive-134572/created), en la que sigo compartiendo mi proceso con el libro de mandalas. ¿Les sucede que sienten que les envían señales por medio de canciones? Toda esta semana se me ha venido a la mente la canción *"Diamonds"* de **Rihanna** y de igual forma la he escuchado por ahí varias veces esta semana.
Creo que todos brillamos a nuestra manera y aunque a veces nos sintamos con la energía baja, siempre hay una señal que nos recuerda que es la Matrix tratando de hacernos bajar los brazos. Es esta simulación la que nos hace sentir menos para doblegarnos y desconectarnos de nosotros mismos. Lo que significa que no es cierto, que todos somos energía de alta frecuencia, nunca lo olvides 🤗.

El crecimiento personal es una búsqueda que no se agota. Cada ciclo cumplido habla de un renacimiento, de un nuevo despertar que nos ayuda a avanzar y a seguir en expansión de nuestro ser interior. Cada trazo dado es una conversación silenciosa entre el alma y el papel.
Porque el alma crece desde el centro hacia afuera, al igual que una flor que se abre poco a poco respetando su proceso natural, sin prisas. Ella brilla en el momento que le toca y representa el núcleo de todo lo que somos como seres humanos: la conciencia, la intuición, *el lugar donde habita la verdad*.
Los pétalos verdes, azules y amarillos se expanden como pensamientos que se transforman en nuestras emociones, las cuales son el pulso de lo esencial y nos devuelven a casa después de haber recorrido montañas empinadas. Nuestras memorias guardan toda la sabiduría adquirida.
Cada capa del mandala es una etapa vivida. Por eso, al pintar, nuestras manos se alinean con el corazón y, en ese proceso, nos convertimos en médiums canalizadores de nuestra propia sanación. Porque pintar es una forma de ordenar ese caos interno y de reconciliar las partes rotas.
Nunca nada es casualidad, ni siquiera pintando. El azul habla de la calma, de esa paz que todos añoramos con urgencia en un mundo que cada vez nos exige ir más rápido. El verde es vida y crecimiento; el verde nos promete que algo nuevo brotará a pesar de un rudo invierno. El amarillo es la luz, es alegría, es como si nos gritara ¡tú también puedes brillar, todos somos diamantes! 💎
Los bordes realizados con precisión, son los límites sanos que establecemos, los cuales protegen y cuidan nuestra energía de quien desee robárnosla. En cada línea existe la autenticidad, nuestra propia voz que se revela entre formas y colores: los caminos que hay hacia adentro, las posibilidades y el arte que respira.
### *Porque el arte no necesita ser grandioso para ser profundo, basta con que sea verdadero y sea una extensión de nosotros mismos.*
