Many of us want to live a good and comfortable life, one free of any form of stress, and yet we have access to every single thing we need. Living like kings and queens is what many want, but is it even ideal to live such a life or want to live a life that's absent of stress? Yes, I understand stress can be annoying, and having much of it can literally take a toll on not just our physical health but also our mental and psychological health, and that's why we're often advised by different people to avoid overstressing ourselves. In this article I'll be stating my opinion on humans, stress, and all that revolves around it.

Many of us want to live a stress-free life, and we can do anything to make that possible, but is it even possible to live a stress-free life? I'll say yes, it's very much possible to live a life free of stress, although it's worth noting that you'll have to let go of a lot of things to bring such to reality or have something on the ground to make it positive, and I'll explain both aspects I stated above when talking about the two aspects that can make one life a stress-free life.
The first way to live a stress-free life is by completely giving up on life, goals, dreams, aspirations, and the desire to live; doing this will give you the luxury of enough time to sit in one place without doing anything, be it to work, exercise, eat, or bathe, which all individually could be related to stress. I'm certain none of us would want to take that route just so we can live a stress-free life, because the majority of those who arrived at such a point in their life were as a result of some heartbreaking events that led to them giving up on life.
So the second way I believe we can live a stress-free life is when we or our parents or guidance have enough money that it's not necessarily required of us to work again before we can get any of our dreams actualized. If peradventure you find yourself in this position via inheritance or hard labor and feel like a completely stress-free life is what you desire, then you can just sit in the comfort of your home and do nothing, just employ enough maids, who will come to your aid at the pressing of one button next to you.
Since you'll have enough money to pay these staff throughout your lifetime, there's no point stressing yourself; in fact, you can even pay them to carry you to the bathroom or toilet if you feel like walking there yourself would mean you're indulging in something stressful. But is that ideal?

I'm certain you'll be wondering where I'm driving towards since I said it's possible to live a stress-free life. Well, my opinion is that while most health practitioners, including our body itself, would warn us to avoid stress, it doesn't mean we should completely refrain from it. Stress is part of human life, and in my opinion, I believe it's a necessity that we must engage with, not just because of the results we'll get from it, for instance, going to work, but also for the health benefits it possesses. Stress may be said to be bad, but the absence of it is also bad, and that's why we must look for a way to strike a balance between indulging in stress-related activities and taking a break from them to relax.
So see, while I said you can employ a maid for all your tasks while you sit down to enjoy a stress-free life, what you don't know is that such comes with a price, and the price is deadly: prices such as obesity, muscle and respiratory problems, hormonal imbalance and weak immunity, pressure sores, poor circulation, and cardiovascular disease, amongst many others. Now ask yourself, is having all of these worth it all in the name of living a stress-free life? Once again I said, the best way forward is finding a way to strike a balance between work and life; knowing when to work and when to stop and take a break is the right way to go.
