Art is said to be a form of expression, to be unique and beautiful in its own way, and to be a delight to behold, feel, or listen to. Art are many things and yet different things, all wonderful, a sight to be held. Although I don't know much about art, as I don't find myself in that field, nor do I necessarily nurture any dream in the field, above all I admire it, and in this article today I'd love to share my take on whether there's anything like bad art and what I believe makes one call an article bad, if at all there's anything like that.

We have different forms of art, or should I call them forms of art, such as visual arts, which include photography, painting, drawing, and the like; we have performing arts like music, theatre, dance, and the like; we have literary art, such as poems, poetry, and drama; we have applied art, such as design, fashion, and decorative art, and the like; and finally, we've got digital or contemporary art, such as digital illustration, video art, and the like. All of these are forms of art, and each is unique, beautiful, and a sight to behold in their various ways.
I have the belief that the true meanings behind an art can only be known by those who created them or those they share the passion behind it with, and then it can be appreciated by as many that appreciate the beauty it showcases, the dedication behind it, and the message it passes across. Not everyone can find the same art to be great; while some may appreciate it because of different reasons, to others it might seem strange and unconventional, probably due to their own training, culture, or beliefs about art, and I believe that's where the idea of bad art comes to light.

In all honesty there have been situations where I beheld art and couldn't help but wonder about what the artist was thinking when they made it or what is going on in the mind of those who appreciate it, since it could be a drawing or painting that seems to have no bearing but just a mismatch of colors, and yet you'll see tons of people stand and gaze at it for minutes, appreciating all of the detail, and I can't help but wonder if they're in their right senses. But the truth is that I understand we all understand and see art differently, and given the difference in our culture, I can't necessarily say an art is bad.
There are even music and movies that I watch, and I kind of have a distaste for them, probably because the music doesn't meet my own personal opinion of a great or good song, but beyond that I don't think that such art is bad because the artist dedicated their all into making it and saw it as a masterpiece in their own way, so regardless of my own opinion I won't say any art is bad because we all have what we see before we come up with the different things we create, the same way we appreciate the drawing or painting of a child even though it looks terrible, but there's a picture or a message behind that that nurtured what the child drew, so in my opinion no art is bad; it's just our taste that differs.
