I started with a clear idea in mind: I wanted to capture Nerissa's strength and elegance, so I decided to work on a composition that would highlight her imposing presence. I dove into my digital canvas with enthusiasm, excited to capture all the details of this fascinating character. I chose to work in grayscale because I felt it was the best way to establish tonal values and focus on the lights and shadows of the illustration. With each stroke, the drawing began to come to life.
