Hoy me uno a la iniciativa de @Homesolutions por invitación de mi esposa @Carmen1659, porque también me gustaría hablarles de mi tienda favorita para comprar artículos para el hogar, ya que tiene todo lo que necesito en materia de decoración y también construcción, se trata de Epa, una cadena de tiendas muy famosa que hay en Venezuela, es como una ferretería inmensa, pero a lo largo de los años se han asociado con otras empresas y de esta manera han expandido el catalogo de productos que ofrecen, una de esas empresas es Casa mía, la cuál se especializa en elaboración y distribución de muebles para cocinas, baños y salas, de hecho cuando compré lo que necesitaba para la remodelación del baño compré en Epa un mueble de Casa mía. >Today I join the @Homesolutions initiative at the invitation of my wife @Carmen1659, because I would also like to tell you about my favorite store to buy household items, since it has everything I need in terms of decoration and also construction, it is Epa, a very famous chain of stores in Venezuela, it is like a huge hardware store, but over the years they have partnered with other companies and in this way they have expanded the catalog of products they offer, one of those companies is Casa. mía, which specializes in the production and distribution of furniture for kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, in fact when I bought what I needed for the bathroom remodel I bought a piece of Casa mía furniture at Epa.
Yo siempre que tengo la oportunidad voy allí porque tienen una gran variedad de productos de todo tipo, ha sido mi gran aliada para conseguir materiales de construcción las veces que he hecho alguna remodelación en mi hogar, y lo que más me gusta es la atención personalizada, los asesores de venta están dispuestos a ayudarte y a orientarte para que encuentres lo que necesites, de hecho en una ocasión cuando yo estaba comprando el lavamanos, ellos me asesoraron en cuál debía ser el grifo ideal para el tipo de lavamanos que yo pretendía comprar y me explicaron amablemente las razones. Pienso que eso es muy importante porque se supone que estás siendo atendido por un personal que sabe lo que hace, pero además lo que más me gusta de la tienda es que funciona como un supermercado ya que tienen incluso carritos de compra para que la experiencia sea aún más cómoda, además cada pasillo está debidamente enumerado para que sea más fácil identificar el área que estás buscando.
I go there whenever I have the chance because they have a wide variety of all kinds of products. It's been my greatest help in finding construction materials whenever I've remodeled my home. What I like most is the personalized service. The salespeople are always ready to help and guide you so you can find what you need. In fact, once, when I was shopping for a sink, they advised me on which faucet was ideal for the type of sink I was looking for, and they kindly explained their reasons. I think this is very important because you're supposed to be served by knowledgeable staff. What I like most about the store is that it works like a supermarket, even having shopping carts to make the experience even more convenient. Each aisle is also clearly marked, making it easier to identify the area you're looking for.
Me gusta mucho ir allá en especial cuando tengo que hacer algún trabajo de plomería en casa (trabajo que detesto por lo impredecible que es trabajar con tuberías, siempre me pasa que se rompen o no consigo las fugas) pero me gusta que aquí, en Epa, tiene absolutamente todas las llaves y conexiones que necesito, nunca me voy con las manos vacías. Ese día que mi hija y yo fuimos nos dedicamos a ir comprobando con la lista que teníamos, todo lo que íbamos encontrando para el trabajo de plomería que yo tenía que hacer (el fregadero de la casa).
I really like going there, especially when I have plumbing work to do at home (a job I hate because of how unpredictable it is working with pipes; they always happen to break or I can't find the leaks), but I like that here at Epa, they have absolutely all the faucets and fittings I need; I never leave empty-handed. That day my daughter and I went, we went through the list we had, checking everything we could find for the plumbing job I had to do (the sink in the house).
En materia de precios, no les voy a mentir, ellos no manejan los precios más baratos del mercado, pero al menos sus productos son de muy buena calidad y más recientemente implementaron un sistema de pago en cuotas que se ha vuelto muy famoso en el país, que se llama Cashea, lo cuál es muy beneficioso porque te permite comprar todo lo que necesites aunque no tengas tanto dinero, porque puedes pagar después las cuentas con cómodas cuotas sin interés, además hay muchísimas tiendas de esta por todo el país, a lo largo y ancho de todo el territorio, así que es muy fácil ubicarlas, eso aunado a la buena atención personalizada, a la comodidad de los pasillos, a la disponibilidad de productos y a la amplia gama de productos esta se ha convertido en mi tienda favorita.
In terms of prices, I'm not going to lie to you, they don't have the cheapest prices on the market, but at least their products are of very good quality and more recently they implemented an installment payment system that has become very famous in the country, called Cashea, which is very beneficial because it allows you to buy everything you need even if you don't have that much money, because you can pay the bills later with comfortable interest-free installments, plus there are many stores like this all over the country, throughout the length and breadth of the entire territory, so it's very easy to locate them, that combined with the good personalized attention, the comfort of the aisles, the availability of products and the wide range of products, this has become my favorite store.
