Hola a todos. El día de hoy volví a correr como parte de mi entrenamiento para la carrera del domingo. Pero, a diferencia de las carreras realizadas esta semana, me enfoqué solamente en completar los 5 kilómetros. Es por eso que el ritmo fue de 7:31. Quise mantener el cuerpo en movimiento sin desgastarme demasiado.
Sobre todo por la hora a la que podía correr, justo a medio día. Hablando de eso, al momento de iniciar la carrera el sol estaba muy fuerte. Sin embargo, a medida que fui avanzando, el cielo se fue nublando. Tanto así que al llegar a casa ya estaba muy oscuro y enseguida comenzó a llover. Pueden ver la diferencia entre un momento y otro mirando las fotografías.
Por cierto, aproveché de fotografiar la plaza Piar, que será lugar de encuentro tanto para recibir el kit que usaremos en la carrera, como el lugar de partida y llegada de la carrera oficial. Estoy muy emocionado por poder participar en esta ocasión especial y espero que todos los participantes de @hiverun tengamos un excelente desempeño.
Ya solo queda el día de mañana y el sábado para entrenar, así que no habrán muchas cosas que cambiar para el domingo.

Hello everyone. Today I ran again as part of my training for Sunday's race. But, unlike the races made this week, I focused only on completing the 5 kilometers. That is why the rhythm was 7:31. I wanted to keep my body in motion without wearing too much.
Especially for the time I could run, just no day. Speaking of that, at the time of starting the race the Sun was very strong. However, as I progressed, the sky clouded. So much so that when I got home I was already very dark and immediately began to rain. You can see the difference between one moment and another looking at the photographs.
By the way, I took advantage of photographing the Piar Square, which will be a meeting place both to receive the kit that we will use in the race, as well as the starting place and arrival of the official race. I am very excited to be able to participate in this special occasion and I hope that all the participants of @hiverun have an excellent performance.
It only remains tomorrow and Saturday to train, so there will be many things to change for Sunday.
