Hoy es un día muy especial en mi ciudad porque juega la Vinotinto. Esperemos sea un partido súper entretenido y sobre todo que gane Venezuela. Pero eso no impide que tenga presente la carrera del domingo, así que salí a correr para continuar mi entrenamiento para la carrera oficial.
Debido a que me recomendaron no correr el día sábado así que hoy, en lugar de correr solo 5 km, decidí correr 10, que es la distancia de la carrera del domingo.
Hablando de la carrera, los primeros 5 kilómetros fueron muy sencillos, pero a partir de allí sentí ganas de dejar la carrera debido al desgaste físico que tuve. Y es que, a pesar de estar nublado, el calor estaba muy fuerte, tanto que sentí algo de insolación tras finalizar los 10 km. Lo bueno fue que la recuperación fue rápida.
Debido a estar concentrado por completo en correr, olvidé tomar fotografías, así que tras recuperarme del esfuerzo físico realizado, regresé a la ruta a tomar algunas, las cuales les comparto. Mañana iré a retirar el kit para la carrera, donde seguramente podré encontrarme con algunos compañeros de @hiverun, y así ya tendré todo listo para la carrera oficial del domingo.

Today is a very special day in my city because Vinotinto plays. Hopefully it is a super entertaining party and above all that Venezuela wins. But that does not prevent him from keeping Sunday's career, so I went to run to continue my training for that official race.
Because they recommended not running on Saturday so today, instead of running only 5 km, I decided to run 10, which is the distance of Sunday's race.
Speaking of the race, the first 5 kilometers were very simple, but from there I felt like leaving the race due to the physical wear I had. And, despite being cloudy, the heat was very strong, so much that I felt some insolation after finishing the 10 km. The good thing was that the recovery was fast.
Due to being completely concentrated on running, I forgot to take pictures, so after recovering from the physical effort made, I returned to the route to take some, which I share. Tomorrow I will go to withdraw the kit for the race, where I can surely meet some @hiverun colleagues, and I will have everything ready for Sunday's official race.
