It is not only a biological change that we undergo from the moment of conception, but also a change in our thinking and our very identity. Our priorities change radically and rapidly in order to protect the lives of our children. Being a mother involves developing new skills and adapting to a completely different routine. Daily life revolves around the needs of our children, which often involves sacrifice. So it is very true that for many of us it is difficult to balance being a mother and having a child.  From my experience, I believe it is important to live each stage. When children are young, they require exhaustive care, so we must give them that care, and we ourselves always find ways to develop habits in order to adapt. No es solo un cambio biologico el que tenemos desde la primera concepcioon de nuestro hijos, sino que tambien es un cambio de pensamiento y de la misma identidad que tenemos. Nuestra prioridad cambia como un hecho radical y rapido para proteger la vida de nuestros hijos. ser madre implica el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades y la adaptación a una rutina completamente distinta. La vida diaria gira en torno a las necesidades de nuestros hijos lo que muchas veces se transforma en sacrificio. Asi que es muy cierto que para muchas de nosotras es dificil equilibrar el hecho de ser madre y de tener un hijo.  Desde mi experiencia creo que es importante vivir cada etapa, cuando los niños estan pequeños requieren un cuidad exhaustivo, asi que debemos darle ese cuidado, y nosotras mismas siempre encontramos la forma de hacer hábitos para poder adaptarnos poco a poco. Hoy en dia mi hija tiene 9 años y cada vez mi vida se siente muy plena y feliz. La planificación para ser madre y mujer van de la mano, todo inicia desde el amor y para el amor a mi hija! ***Saludos amigos***
