It was early at night while I was working in my own room and my roommate asked me if we could go together to the plaza to see gathering in that place. We talked on many things while I was working.
He said that there is a small gathering for the "prayer rally" of our former president that is being held in the the Hague Netherlands. Well, most of the Filipinos are shocked about that incident, there were some were celebrating but most were dismayed by their actions.
Anyway, let's not talked about that incident, we will talked about here in the town where I work. My roommate told me about the happenings on that moment at night while working and then he asked me if we could go together for that small gathering and witness it ourselves together.
I agree while having my class and I cancelled all my other work when going there because I cannot have a work while going there. So, the plaza is near our boarding house place and we walked on going there.
While going there, we heard some people that are shouting in that plaza and after we got into the place, there were so much people that gathers into the place. I was amazed by how much people went there even if it's night, these people are willing to go to this place because of the news.
After we arrived at the place, we were standing and listening to the speaker and also to the people around us. There were some that were also sitting a little far from the speaker and some went near to the speaker. There were some people that brings their kids and play around the plaza because in the plaza there are small playground around it.
I saw different people as I move my head around the plaza and while moving my head, I saw a few of my co-workers that they also went to this place, I was shocked to see them that they were also there. Never thought that I could see some of my co-workers that they also went here, too.
Well, this is not my plan on going here because I have work but since, at that night, I want to experience what is it like for going small gatherings like this that we went together with my roommates.
We only stayed there for an hour and we went home after while the gathering is still continuing and there were some people that had just arrived while we went back home. We, together with my roommates, also talked about the happenings and whatnots while going home.
