When your thoughts aren’t in sync with what your eyes can see, resulting to a brain response that is a sort of incorrect impulse, BAD IMPULSE ... “STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST” hahaha
Since I was forced to take my 2 days remaining leave from 2017 before the month ends, I have decided to use them on the 29th & 30th of April. With no definite plans how to spend it, I just phoned some friends in Dubai until finally my day was made full packed of scheduled meet ups.
Started my day by cleaning the house making sure everything is organize, so as I come back the following day all I need to do is to rest and recharge for the other day’s back to normal routine at work. Arrived in Dubai around 3pm and kicked off my meet up gig 😂 at La Mer Dubai, a long stretch of beach property that has been developed to be another relaxation spot in the city that is open for public. Watch out for my review on this one of a kind MUST SEE place in Dubai.
The weather was pretty fair to have a good deal of walking within the vicinity, but we (me and our friend Aveegale who resides in Dubai) opted spending our time in Texas Roadhouse, that instead of burning calories, the power of food won again and so it happened, calorie loading power up! Hahaha ... tons and tons of calories I guess! Ohlala ... Your-Rowd (Road 😂, the internet sensation) to XXL it is!
We left the restaurant at around 5:30pm and YES we both agreed to have a look at the area but not the whole beach property, because I can’t afford to have my own beach property beneath both armpits hahaha. Prior leaving Texas Roadhouse we were patiently waiting for @steemph Pinoy Henyo at Discord to start and since we were running out of time we then had the walk around.

While walking around, we were deciding which coffee shop shall we continue our crazy chitchats. Surprisingly we ended up finding ourselves taking cold stuff at pinkberry frozen yoghurt.
While having our frozen yoghurt and yoghurt smoothies, I suddenly recalled the ongoing Pinoy Henyo in Discord. We were both attentively listening and assessing on clues until we’ve reached 4 points on a close fight with Manong Oscar hehe ... I thought that will be my very first win in PH but Manong Oscar again made it to the title with the final word “KULANGOT” hahaha ... more than the prize I encourage everyone to join such friendly competition being held during Sundays (10pm Phil time). So time passed by and Aveegale had to leave to meet her husband and I on the other hand went on my way to Din Tai Fung Ghurair Mall to meet my high school buddy! I was still feeling all the foods in my stomach that time being digested when he (Maynard) told me he’s hungry and really needs to eat, so the CALORIE LOADING STORY continued! Woohoo good luck to me and my belly! Haha

Now here’s the best part of the day! When I or even you who’s reading this blog (hopefully you’ve reach this part 😂) have thought it could be the beach, the food or seeing friends... unfortunately we’ve got it wrong!!! Because the best part of the day was when I’ve lost my sanity at 11:30pm ... I don’t know if I have to blame the food for that haha. While browsing on my FB timeline I saw a friend’s birthday photo post which I mistakenly thought as a video post. So I started tapping the play button (the white triangle which is normally on the center right?), since it wouldn’t play I tapped on other triangles, I even reached the point of thinking how crazy it has been updating FB video posts to have 3 play buttons, later I’ve realized (YES IT TOOK ME AWHILE, so stupid me haha) that it was a photo of Pizza Hut’s ongoing pizza promotion. Since the pizza on promotion is the Family Pizza, indeed a big pizza, they are putting 3 pizza savers (the white triangle/s which is normally at the center only). I can’t stop laughing so hard at my own stupid moment!!! Oh dear I must have been so tired and so full that’s why it happened, well I hope so I was just tired! 😂😂😂

So my day ended in Din Tai Fung and I went straight to my brother’s place in Sharjah (another Emirate of UAE) to spend the night. Thank God for a wonderful and fun filled day!
