Nuevo Reto, Nueva Competencia - New Challenge, New Competition

El día de hoy quiero comentarles que en Noviembre estaré participando en una competencia llamada Fit Challenge, que consiste en realizar 3 intentos en 3 ejercicios que son Sentadilla Libre, Press Plano y Peso Muerto Convencional incrementando el peso. La competencia tendrá parámetros como romper el paralelo en la Sentadilla, no exageras el arco en el Press Plano y el Peso Muerto es Convencional no Sumo. >! [english version]Hello everyone! Today I want to tell you that in November I will be participating in a competition called Fit Challenge, which consists of performing 3 attempts in 3 exercises which are Free Squat, Flat Press and Conventional Dead Weight by increasing the weight.
