Halo ASEAN Buddies...

Chagee is a drink that was so viral at the time that people were willing to queue. I knew nothing about it. When crowds began to crowd the stalls I stumbled upon, I asked my friend, "What is that?" Was it a new coffee shop? My friend replied that it was a milk tea shop, not a coffee shop. Because it wasn't coffee, I always passed it by. One reason was that the lines were always long, so I chose not to worry about missing out that day. It was milk tea, I could try it anytime, right? If it were coffee, maybe I would be willing to wait in line.
A month had passed, 2025 was almost over, and I had just stopped by. Of course, when there was no longer a queue. When the stalls were starting to empty and I had the freedom to choose where to sit? That was when I wasn't in the mood for coffee because I didn't want to sleep late. So I decided to stop by the Chagee outlet at FX Sudirman Mall.

The Chagee outlet at FX Sudirman is quite large, almost as large as a Starbucks, with ample space for customers. I was in the mood to read and check out the photos on my tablet, so the quiet outlet seemed like the perfect place to stop. So here I was, enjoying my first ***Jasmine Green Milk Tea from Chagee***.

I had no idea what Chagee was all about, so when I got to the counter, I asked the cashier if I wanted to order their best-selling item. She then recommended this Jasmine Green Milk Tea, so I went with it. After all, milk tea would be the same, right? So, this is the Jasmine Green Milk Tea I ordered, in the large size because it only cost a few thousand rupiah more. I was planning on spending a lot of time, so the large size was perfect.

The packaging is very attractive. I really like that the cups are made of paper, so it doesn't add to the plastic waste, right? The pattern is also very unique. So cute. I immediately liked it.

Curious about the milk tea, I removed the lid and opened the packaging. It was filled with foam. My curiosity was immediately replaced by surprise. And the taste was delicious. I wanted to order it again, but the price of IDR 47,000 made me hesitate. It wasn't a price I could afford twice. I might return in a few months. But this will be my favorite outlet. I hope it doesn't experience a decline in quality.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get in on the trend of opening a Chagee cup and getting a gift. I thought it was on sale, but it seems the promotion had already ended by the time I ordered it. Well, I was a little disappointed, but that's okay. Besides, I wasn't in the mood for adding anything to my house, so I felt okay with not getting a gift.
Is Chagee near you? Have you ever ordered it? Share your experience!
Hasta La Vista...

I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
