Dinner with Beef Kebab & Mango Tea by KABOBS

Hello good people on hive... What's on your dinner menu today? Today is Independence Day in my country, but I don't have a big celebration. Everyone around me is probably participating in cracker-eating contests, marble races, tug-of-war, pole-climbing, or other competitions that might remind you of the Independence Day celebrations at school when you were a kid. Today, I didn't join in the excitement, even though it was a holiday. I chose to have some me time. After a day of vegging out at home, when evening came, I went for a simple dinner at FX Sudirman Mall. Today, everywhere was very busy, even my favorite place at FX Sudirman. I was a bit surprised to see the layout of the food court had changed slightly. I had already been there and ordered a tough kebab, so I spent the rest of my evening there eating kebabs from Kebobs instead of thinking about the things that get me harrowed me lately. ***...and this is Beef Italiano from KEBOBS...***  Kebab and Italiano, two seemingly contradictory words, right? We know that kebab originates from the Middle East, and Italy has pasta. Hmmm… I had no idea why this menu was named Beef Italiano… at first….  It wasn't until I finally saw the contents of my kebab that I understood why it was called Beef Italiano. Yup… This is a kebab filled with beef (of course), vegetables covered in pizza sauce, and sprinkled with oregano. It looks like pasta inside a delicious tortilla.  ***Yummy alone isn't enough to describe how delicious this Beef Italiano is...*** To be honest, I was having trouble chewing anything hard at the time. I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish it like other dishes. But apparently, because the meat was sliced so thinly that it was so tender, and the vegetables were so finely chopped and perfectly cooked, I found myself craving more.  Besides the Beef Italiano, I ordered the Mango Tea. I'd never tried this dish before, so I thought it would be refreshing. And I wasn't wrong. The mango tea was truly refreshing. I'm hooked on returning to KEBOBS outlets wherever I find them. How about you gengs?
