Hello ASEAN Buddies...

On the first day of November, I said I wanted to complete my draft of a fiction novel because it's been a while since the last time I held my book with my name on it. That was about seven years ago, before my digital book was published. I extremly missed that moment, holding the novel with my name on it, and in these three years, I still struggle to finish my draft.
Indeed, I've been very busy with my main job lately, making it difficult to develop my fiction ideas. But this time, I had to fight with myself and force myself to finish my draft. So, what I did while off duty—well, of course, today happened to be my day off, so I could get in the right mood for writing—was reading a romance novel with a glass of iced matcha latte.

**Why leave the house if you want to read and drink Matcha?**
I don't know! I don't have a definite answer. I went to this small cafe just because I was in the mood, and it just so happened to be close to home, so I only brought the bare necessities: a book and my wallet. I just wanted to hone my reading instincts—it sounds strange, but that's what I did, engrossed in reading in a small cafe. I did this so that nothing could distract me from reading. To be honest, I prefer reading outside the house because I can focus better. At home, there would be so many distractions, including the ice cream vendor passing by my house, haha.

I think matcha latte and romance novels are a unique combination, but it's also a great mood booster. Moreover, there weren't many people in this cafe, so I could read quietly until my matcha latte was finished. I really enjoyed today. This was great for generating new ideas for the manuscript I'm working on.

What do you think?

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
