Hi everyone. Hope you all are well as always.

You know that saying—No matter where you go, what matters is who you go with. I don't know who said that, but I definitely agree. Have you ever visited the same place with different people? But this is definitely not a question for a tour guide.
So, yes, sometimes you don't mind going to the same place with new people, especially if they're fun. That happened to me at Hive Fest 10 Kuala Lumpur last week. When I saw the itinerary for the Batu Caves trip, I felt like skipping it because I'd already been there. I wanted to go somewhere else. However, as I was about to leave for Kuala Lumpur, I thought, I'll go to Batu Caves because it's a trip with Hive users. It's a very worthwhile opportunity. Besides, I've never climbed up and entered the Caves, so here I am, strengthening my legs by climbing hundreds of rainbow steps to the Caves. I told you before that my legs are strong enough for the climb, but my breathing isn't. LOL.

**Batu Caves - Real Entry The Caves**

After a 20-minute walk from Kingston Hotel to Journal Hotel, @aswita and I were the first to arrive at the pick-up point. This trip, we departed by bus. It only took about 50 minutes. Even though I'd been there before, I was apparently excited.

Look how excited @chocolatescorpi is! I'm literally waiting for her video.
***...then let's go...***

Unlike other group tours, when the bus arrived at the parking lot, everyone rushed to approach the large statue of Lord Murugan. I expected everyone to be waiting to take a group photo—but they weren't. LOL. So, aswita, @akumagai, and I took a photo in front of the Lord Murugan statue, then continued on our way. Wow, another leg day…! ROTFL!

***A Glimpse of the Lord Murugan Statue...***
*Lord Murugan is one of the gods of war and protection in Hinduism. The reason Lord Murugan is a landmark in Batu Caves is because Kuala Lumpur has a large Tamil Nadu population, and Lord Murugan is one of the most revered deities among the Tamil people.*

***Monkeys and Doves always be tourist attraction.*** *But to be honest, what made me reluctant to climb the caves on my first visit was the wild monkeys. I was so scared.*

I was halfway through my hike. My legs were still fine, but I was already feeling a bit out of breath. I even felt like throwing up—this happens a lot, which is why I declined the hiking offer. LOL. My motivation at the time was what was inside the cave.

***Entry The Caves***

***Yeay! After the deep breath, I finally entry the cave...***

So, inside this cave, there are also several temples where Hindus worship. I will tell you that the temple inside is the ***Sri Subramaniar Swamy Temple***—wow, that Tamil name is very familiar to me. The temple is, of course, dedicated to Lord Murugan.

***I know the three of statues on the top of temple. They are Lord Ram, Lakshman, and Sita.***

This cave is so beautiful in its simplicity—I mean, it's still left untouched and preserved in its natural state, with monkeys roaming freely. It reminds me of an Indonesian TV series called Mak Lampir, avoid it!

***...and this is the best part, be one of the witnesses of the worldmappin's sticker stick.***
*You know, last year I saw a post from the worldmappin team, uploading photos of them putting worldmappin stickers in the places they visited in Hive Fest 9 in Split, Croatia. At that time, I really hoped and wanted to be one of them, and voila, here I am, seeing @ninaeatshere putting worldmappin's sticker in a cave.*

The last but not least, I had fun while in Batu Caves even though I had to be careful of the monkeys who might approach me suddenly.
Hasta La Vistaa....

*Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!*
*See you on the next post...*

Hi, Halo, Annyeong, welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
