What are you doing dis weekend?
Today is saturday night. Just because I have Running 10K next week. So, when I have off day, I do exercise in Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadiun.
Last time I do exercise, may be around 1 week. It's because I have a vacation, so I did not do exercise.
I know, it's hard to do 10KM running, because I have never pass 5 km when exercise.
Like today, I can't pass 5 KM running because I can not puss my self because I knew my body had a limit, so I can not cross that limit.
In this exercise, I felt I do better because I can run in 2 minutes without take a rest. But, before 5 km end, I already take a rest in first 1 km. I sat down in the edge of Stadion and doing scrolling, then continued the run till 4 km.
May be later I will do more so I can finish 10km in 1 hours 30 minutes.
I wish I can finish my 10 km in 2 hours less so I can get a medal.
Here I am after 5 km running and doing cooling down in the edge of Gelora Bung Karno Stadion. This time I don't think of Dinner but coffee.
Gelora Bung Karno always crowded everyday, especially on the weekend. Every day, when the sun turn down, people start to do exercise because after office hours.
Today, there are two event, so that's way the main stadion full of people who are not exercise also. Half of them are just hang out and walking after visited the event.
This is what I recorded. It's 5 km running in less 1 hours. I think I should do less than that tomorrow. May be around 30 minutes for 5 km so I will reach 10 km in 1 hours. Hahaha
According to me, I should improving my pace.
Instead a coffee, I purchased a jus from luxury brand. Why I mention as luxury brand because for one bottle this Juice I purchased IDR 45 000 rupiah. It same with two cups of coffee. Although it elwas pricey, the Juice is worthy because natural and healthy.
