Hello good people on hive...

I still don't want the memories of #hivefest to fade. It feels like just yesterday I was feeling anxious about flying to Kuala Lumpur, but now I'm back in Jakarta, unpacking the things I got from Hivefest. And you know what, I just recycled my 2023 journal into a hive fest memorabilia journal. I'll also use it for my trip journal, but I've just finished the little things. But this time I won't talk about the journal, but rather a cozy place in Kuala Lumpur that makes me want to go back there again.
That is Kingston Hotel 4, Kuala Lumpur.
------

Why I call it 4? Because it turns out Kingston has many hotels in Kuala Lumpur, and the place I stayed was Kingston 4, located close to TRX Mall. The mall was also very easy to get to from the hotel, just a short walk.
I stayed there with Aswita for 5 days, and I felt very comfortable. Even though my room was only on the first floor, I still had a beautiful view from my window. And did you know, I really liked the window. My room didn't have much claustrophobic furniture; everything was quite useful. Unfortunately, I forgot to take detailed photos of the room. That's why I feel compelled to return there someday.

This hotel was actually recommended by Aswita, who chose it, and I—as usual—have no objections when it comes to traveling together. It turns out, Kingston Hotel 4 didn't live up to my expectations, because this hotel is very, very nice. They have a very large, clean, presentable, organized, and aesthetic lobby. The guards are also well-dressed and don't have many warnings. I really enjoyed staying here. The experience of 5 days at the hotel felt not enough, I wanted more.

Judging by the suitcases in the lobby, I assumed they were kind enough to let customers store their luggage while they were out. Despite that, the lobby was still very well-organized. It was very pleasing to the eye.

Plus, this lobby alone has plenty of seating. You see, this hotel lobby alone is already very nice. How about the room? As I mentioned, my room was very comfortable. For one night, we only paid around IDR 300,000, or about RM 80. That's even more affordable if you're staying with a travel companion.

Upon check-out, we were offered breakfast. I was very pleased, but unfortunately, I couldn't taste any of the food because I was already full. So, I just watched them serve breakfast. The breakfast room is self-service, which makes hotel guests feel more comfortable.
Anyway... Hasta La Vista...
