This stir-fried papaya flower reminds me of my mother's cooking when I was at school. I didn't like it before because it tasted bitter. However, now I like any vegetables, including papaya flowers. I suddenly wanted to cook it myself because there were no stalls that prepared this stir-fried papaya flower. To cooking stir-fried papaya leaves is not as simple as stir-frying other vegetables because, before stir-frying them, you have to make sure the papaya leaves are not bitter. Step 3

Now you can start to stir your Papaya's flowers. Saute the shallots and onions first, then add the chilies and toppings. Stir until fragrant then add water. Then wait until the water boils.
