Hello everyone...

As I mentioned before, Pantai Indah Kapuk is currently under development. This place is the perfect choice for a short vacation with the family. Whatever you want, it will be provided immediately. After a beach trip with my colleagues a few days ago, I took a solo trip to PIK 2 on my day off. This solo trip is currently my me-time because it's fun—at least for now. Besides, I feel the vibe of PIK is similar to Singapore's vibe where pollution hasn't yet polluted the sky, the surroundings are still clean—there is no trash or street vendors who also pollute the location. I see them making a living, but their presence certainly damages the city's landscape. Furthermore, it also causes illegal parking that disturbs pedestrians. Ah—PIK is indeed perfect for self-healing.
...and.. at this time I stopped by in A Prayer Park Called Our Lady of Akita...
Let's get it!

**A Prayer Park Called Our Lady of Akita**

I won't be ashamed to say that I saw this place on social media. Over the past few months, this garden has been constantly popping up on my social media feed, making me feel compelled to visit it. This Prayer Garden is a place of worship, open to the public, though. So, it didn't hurt to stop by for a moment.
The weather was quite hot when I arrived. It was around 2 p.m. After lunch in the Dutch city of La Riviera, I headed straight to the Prayer Garden. As the name suggests, it's a garden, so I thought there would be a place to sit alone and look at the blue sky. But it was a quiet and clean prayer garden, so I felt reluctant to linger. So I just wandered around. "Here, let me take you for a walk..."

This Prayer Garden has two buildings. The main building is the one with the cross on its rooftop, while the other building is to the right. The main building is used for worship, while the other building—perhaps with a similar function, but slightly different. I don't know, but I think I'll need to come on a Sunday to understand the full function of the buildings. I didn't enter the main building because I was a bit shy around the three young men who kept standing in front of it.

This prayer garden features a big and large pond, at least adding to the aesthetic appeal of Our Lady of Akita Prayer Park. In the sweltering heat, the pond felt like an oasis in the desert. You know, I wanted to wash my feet there, or wash my face. But when I saw the statue of the Virgin Mary in the center, I hesitated again. So I didn't touch anything there, just walked by in awe.

This park is a small part of the Our Lady of Akita Prayer Garden. Although it's only a small part, when there's no one around, the park, with its lush trees, looks enormous. When I was there, two staff were tending the grass and trees. Uniquely, in this part of the park, there are several stones that tell the story of Jesus' struggle on the cross. It's as if we're being invited to re-learn the history of Jesus' crucifixion. What a brilliant idea.

Our Lady of Akita's Prayer Garden boasts unique architecture. I even thought it was a prayer garden for the gods, but apparently I was mistaken. Judging by its temple-like architecture, I assumed it wasn't a Christian place of worship. That's why I was a bit surprised to see the story of Jesus' crucifixion in the garden.
Hasta la vista!

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
