Hello good people on hive...

Pantai Indah Kapuk, or PIK, seems to make every inch of its space uniquely appealing. This place is located next to the Our Lady of Akita Prayer Garden. It seems a contrast, but perhaps there's a purpose behind these buildings being located next to a Prayer Garden.
Let me take you to a place where you can experience both European and Asian vibes at the same time…
Let's get it!

This place is called Rukan EuroAsia. It's named so because along this street, there are many tenants decorated in exactly the same European and Asian styles. So, you can choose which vibe you're looking for: Asian or European?! Let's take a look at each side of this shophouse.

**Asia**

As you can see, this is an Asian-themed shophouse, where all the stalls are decorated like those in Asia—specifically, Chinese. Yes, it's a bit sad when the whole world describes Asia as a continent with only Chinese people. Yet, there are many ethnic groups in Asia. There are Indians and Malays. But okay, let's not talk about those ethnic groups. Just enjoy these Asian-style stalls.

What's unique about these Asian-style shops is that the corridors have installations depicting Asia, such as this seating area, and there's also a statue of a Hachiko dog, a typical Japanese rickshaw, and wait a minute, I should call this a Japanese shophouse because this corridor reminds me of the old town of Takayama. Hmm… as I write this—since I don't have a clear source, I think the Asian section of the shophouse was built to create a Japanese vibe.

***Let's moving forward to the Eropa part...***

**Eropa**

If you walk straight through these Japanese-style shops, you'll soon encounter European-style shophouses. There's a boundary, if you're aware of it. The shophouses between Europe and Asia are separated by Osaka Residence, an elite residential area in PIK 2. So, if you walk straight through Osaka Residence, you'll also encounter European-style shops.

As you can see, the exteriors of these shops are European-style. I've never been to Europe, but through social media and world map pins, you might recognize them as European-style. These shophouses are modeled after shops in Amsterdam and France. This is further supported by the installation below.

This shophouse has a different style but a similar concept: many shops facing each other, while in the middle is a corridor with installations that support the exterior of the shops.

Unfortunately, this shophouse is still under construction, not 100 percent complete. Many shops are still under construction. However, surprisingly, social media has reported on the existence of this shophouse, as if all the shops there are ready to be occupied, and visitors are free to choose what cuisine and vibe they want to experience. Hmmm… that means we'll have to come back here when everything is finished, right? We will see…

Anyway... Hasta La Vista...

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
