Dakle,treba vam pola pakovanja špageta, pelat od paradajza, koncentrat istog, 400 grama mlevenog mesa (juneće/svinjsko), 1 šargarepa,permezan,začini so, biber, origano, bosiljak, lovorov list, crni i beli luk...

Prvo sipate maslinovo ulje i zagrejte ga na laganoj vatri...

Zatim stavite sitno iseckan crni luk( možete i da izrendate) i jednu šargarepu. Dinstajte dok ne omekša...

Zatim ubacite meso. Pržite dok ne promeni boju 2,3 minuta.
Then add the meat. Fry until it changes color for 2.3 minutes
Zatim pored mesa propržite 2 čena belog luka...
Then fry 2 cloves of garlic next to the meat...
Sada bi trebalo da ubacite 2 kašike koncentrovani paradajz, ali ja nisam imala, pa sam oljuštila i iseckala dva velika domaća paradajza...

Sve sam dinstala dok se paradajz ne istopi, pa sam ubacite 1/2 litre pelata.

...a zatim dodajte začine i 2 lista lovora. Više se ništa ne dodaje. Ovo se kuva minimum 45 minuta, do 2 sata. Što duže, to je ukusnije. Ako vam bude previše kiselo, stavite malo šećera.

Kada je sve gotovo, prvo servirati špagete, preko njih sos, i na kraju posuti permezanom ili izrendajte kačkavalj...
