Hello everyone, welcome to my newest segment, "BATTLE FROM THE PAST". This segment was created because when I want to make a post for another Challenge (Social media and Secret Battle Mage Challenge) I always save all the battles I win. So that when the theme is determined, I don't have to bother to do a lot of fighting again because I have saved some of them. Since the unused battle links are piling up, I created this segment to share those battles with you all. For this time, the struggle that I will be sharing is...   The rulesets for this battle are LOST MAGIC, CLOSE RANGE, and EVEN STEVENS. LOST MAGIC is a ruleset that prohibits using magic units and dual-attack units with Magic Attack. So abilities like VOID https://images.hive.blog/20x20/https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/abilities/ability_void.png, SILENCE https://images.hive.blog/20x20/https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/abilities/ability_silence.png, and so on (which are related to magic units) will not be helpful. CLOSE RANGE is a ruleset that gives an additional CLOSE RANGE  ability to all range units in the arena. CLOSE RANGE  is an ability that allows Range units to make attacks even if they are in first position. And for EVEN STEVENS, it is a ruleset that only allows the use of units that have even Mana, and this restriction only applies to Units. At the same time, Summoners are not affected by this restriction.  In the first round, **Arkemis the Bear** and **Pallus** attacked the opponent's **Arkemis the Bear**. Meanwhile, **Supply Runner**, **Ravenhood Warden**, and **Drybone Raider** are forced to direct their attacks at **Wave Brood** because it has the TAUNT  ability. However, all three of them take damage to ARMOR through **Wave Brood**'s RETURN FIRE https://images.hive.blog/20x20/https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/abilities/ability_return-fire.png. **Supply Runner**, **Arkemis the Bear**, and **Commander Slade** attacked my **Arkemis the Bear**. Meanwhile, **Sergeant Grauzral** and **Deeplurker** attacked **Ravenhood Warden** and gave him a poison effect. When **Sergeant Grauzral** attacked, **Supply Runner** and **Cursed Windeku** suffered damage to their ARMOR due to the effects of the BLAST  ability. **Wave Brood** fails to land its attack on my **Arkemis the Bear**.  At the start of the second round, **Ravenhood Warden** lost 2 HP due to the effects of the poison he received in the previous round. Both sides' **Arkemis the Bear** attacked each other. Meanwhile, the attacks from the opponent's **Commander Slade** and **Supply Runner** failed to hit my **Arkemis the Bear**. However, **Pallus** managed to injure the opponent's **Archemis the Bear**. **Ravenhood Warden**, **Supply Runner**, and **Drybone Raider** managed to defeat **Wave Brood** even though they took damage from the RETURN FIRE  ability. **Sergeant Grauzral** failed to land his attack on **Ravenhood Warden**, while **Deeplurker** managed to defeat him as well as wound my **Supply Runner** using the TRAMPLE  ability. **Ravenhood Warden** was resurrected by **Astral Entity** using the RESURRECT  ability.  In the third round, my **Arkemis the Bear** and **Supply Runner** defeated my opponent's **Arkemis the Bear**. **Supply Runner** and **Commander Slade** attacked my **Arkemis the Bear**. **Pallus** and **Ravenhood Warden** fail to harm **Commander Slade**, while **Drybone Raider** damages **Commander Slade**'s entire ARMOR in his first attack using the SHATTER  ability and reduces his HP in the second attack. **Deeplurker** fails to hit **Ravenhood Warden** while **Sergeant Grauzral** damages **Ravenhood Warden**'s ARMOR and also damages **Supply Runner** and **Cursed Windeku** through the BLAST  ability.  In the fourth round, **Arkemis the Bear** along with my **Supply Runner** attacked **Commander Slade** before he was defeated by the opponent's **Supply Runner**. **Commander Slade** failed to land his attack on **Pallus** and ended up being defeated by **Ravenhood Warden** and **Pallus**. **Sergeant Grauzral** failed to land his attack on **Ravenhood Warden**. **Deeplurker** damaged **Pallus**'s ARMOR but he took damage from two attacks by **Drybone Raider**.  In the fifth round, my opponent's **Supply Runner** failed to hurt **Pallus**, so **Pallus**, along with my **Ravenhood Warden** and **Supply Runner**, defeated **Deeplurker**. The opponent's first-place **Supply Runner** took damage from **Drybone Raider**.  In the sixth round, my **Supply Runner** attacked my opponent's **Supply Runner**. The opponent's **Supply Runner** managed to injure **Pallus**, but **Pallus** failed to counter the attack. **Sergeant Grauzral** defeated **Ravenhood Warden** and **Supply Runner** through the BLAST  ability. **Drybone Raider** defeated **Supply Runner** on his first attack and injured **Sergeant Grauzral** on his second. In the seventh round, **Sergeant Grauzral** had hurt **Pallus** and **Cursed Windeku** with his BLAST  ability, but he was defeated by **Pallus** and **Drybone Raider**. https://splinterlands.com/battle/sl_5a0ef5f48f840ad7d64afd887cec2b7b  ### Review This was one of those unique and interesting battles where the opponent used **Possibilus the Wise** quite well. giving **Commander Slade** the REACH  ability so that he could reduce the Attack Power of **Arkemis the Bear** without fear of taking damage and HALVING  from him. A TRAMPLE  ability that is rarely seen in use, **Deeplurker** almost finished off my **Supply Runner** after he defeated **Ravenhood Warden** in the same round. Despite having a slight speed advantage (and getting the DODGE  ability), **Ravenhood Warden** could not dodge well when he received attacks from **Sergeant Grauzral** and **Deeplurker** (although luckily he could still be revived using the RESURRECT  ability by **Astral Entity**).
