Hoy finalmente llegó mi día de descanso del trabajo, así que aproveché para ir a Maracay con una de las personas más importantes en mi vida, a quien cariñosamente llamo “Mi 🌈Team de vida✨”. Ella representa una gran motivación para mí, impulsándome a esforzarme y alcanzar un futuro sólido y próspero en el mundo de la calistenia y el fitness.
Today finally came my day off from work, so I took the opportunity to go to Maracay with one of the most important people in my life, who I affectionately call “My 🌈Team of life✨”. She represents a great motivation for me, pushing me to strive and achieve a solid and prosperous future in the world of calisthenics and fitness.
Al llegar a Delicias, como siempre, nos encontramos con un sol brillante y caluroso, típico de esta ciudad. Sin embargo, después de movernos por lugares sombreados, pudimos refrescarnos y tomar algunas fotografías de nuestros atuendos. A decir verdad, suelo vestirme deportivamente sin importar a dónde vaya, pero esta vez decidí sorprenderla vistiéndome un poco más casual. Sabía que ella es detallista en el mundo de la moda y quería mostrarle esa otra faceta más relajada de mí..
Arriving in Delicias, as always, we were met with a bright and hot sun, typical of this city. However, after moving through shady places, we were able to cool off and take some pictures of our outfits. To tell you the truth, I usually dress sporty no matter where I go, but this time I decided to surprise her by dressing a little more casual. I knew she is a stickler for detail in the fashion world and I wanted to show her that other, more relaxed side of me.
Después de ver su reacción, creo que logré sorprenderla un poco. Capturamos ese momento posando frente a los espejos de un local cerrado. Luego, nuestra misión principal en Maracay era comprar ropa para ella, ya que se acercaba el inicio de las clases universitarias y quería adelantar algunas compras para diciembre. Así que fuimos al “Centro Comercial Las Américas”, donde recorrimos distintas tiendas que nos gustaron mucho. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pizzería, donde disfrutamos de una increíble pizza que nos dejó sin palabras. Tanto su aspecto como su sabor eran espectaculares. Después de completar nuestras compras, nos despedimos de la ciudad de Maracay con una bonita experiencia compartida. Estos momentos se suman a muchos otros que hemos vivido juntos y que perdurarán en nuestros recuerdos hasta el final de los tiempos.
After seeing her reaction, I think I managed to surprise her a bit. We captured that moment posing in front of the mirrors of a closed store. Then, our main mission in Maracay was to buy clothes for her, since the beginning of university classes was approaching and she wanted to make some purchases for December. So we went to the “Centro Comercial Las Américas”, where we went to different stores that we liked very much. Also, I can't fail to mention the pizzeria, where we enjoyed an incredible pizza that left us speechless. After completing our shopping, we said goodbye to the city of Maracay with a beautiful shared experience. These moments are in addition to many others that we have lived together and that will remain in our memories until the end of time.
Al llegar a La Victoria, a pesar de estar agotado, sentí que debía ir directo al parque y hacer una serie máxima de dominadas. Fue mi manera de agradecer a la vida por sentirme vivo, feliz y afortunado. A pesar de todas las cosas malas que suceden en el mundo, momentos como estos nos inspiran a seguir luchando por una vida saludable y duradera.
When I arrived in La Victoria, even though I was exhausted, I felt I had to go straight to the park and do a maximum set of pull-ups. It was my way of thanking life for making me feel alive, happy and lucky. Despite all the bad things that happen in the world, moments like these inspire us to keep fighting for a healthy and lasting life.
