En este día de hoy me uno a ustedes para alzar la voz y tener un impacto dentro de la plataforma, puesto que hace ya varias semanas hemos estado siendo víctimas de malos tratos que han tenido consecuencias en las chicas, incluyéndome, que formamos parte y juntas hacemos vida y mantenemos activa, con fuerza y creciente esta creativa comunidad de #MakeUpPower.
Sin duda, desde mis inicios en la plataforma me fue muy bien, pero encontrar algo que hacer a diario para mis contenidos no era fácil, hasta que coincidí con la comunidad de #MakeUpPower, un espacio donde podía hacer y publicar a diario lo que me gusta, y a pesar de no considerarme una maquilladora profesional, no tenía dudas de que lo poco que sabía hacer lo hacía muy bien y bonito. Gracias a este espacio encontré mi identidad dentro de la plataforma y he aprendido mucho más de lo que sabía cuando inicié, las chicas que hacen increíbles maquillajes me inspiraron y con ayuda de ellas, también de mi constante práctica, he perfeccionado mis técnicas, instrumentos y materiales, he crecido exponencialmente.

Una maravillosa amiga fue la que me incursionó en HiveBlog hace un poco más de un año; me lo presentó como una plataforma donde podía obtener ingresos por publicar post, debido a que éramos estudiantes universitarias no podíamos tener un trabajo donde tenemos que cumplir un horario exacto, pues chocaban con nuestros horas de clases, y esta plataforma era la ideal para ayudarnos, poder hacer algo y que lo retribuyeran monetariamente sin salir de casa y sin afectar nuestros estudios, a cualquier hora del día podíamos sacar un tiempo para dedicarlo a lo que llamamos muchas de nosotras **TRABAJO**

Muchas personas creen que realizar un maquillaje es un trabajo fácil, que solo debes pararte frente al espejo y hacer lo que sabes, pero no, no es así, detrás de un lindo maquillaje hay un gran trabajo, esfuerzo, dinero y sobretodo tiempo invertido. En lo personal, diariamente invierto de 2 a 3 horas realizando un maquillaje sin incluir el tiempo que me tomo para redactar detalladamente todo el procedimiento que conlleva la realización del mismo, sin incluir tampoco el tiempo que tomo para traducir, editar y publicar, y de esta manera compartir un post intachable y original.

Soy Venezolana, y no es un secreto para el mundo que los problemas económicos y sociales nos azotan de gran manera, conseguir un trabajo que te brinde el sustento necesario para cubrir todos los gastos y necesidades resulta casi imposible. A principios de este mes culminé mi carrera, pero aún sin un empleo, #HiveBlog sigue siendo por el momento mi única fuente de ingresos, así como también la única de muchas de las chicas de esta comunidad, aún con un empleo seguirá siendo mi complemento, y no dudo que siga ganando más que un trabajo común.

Gracias a #MakeUpPower tengo independencia económica, mi sustento diario para el hogar y para la satisfacción personal, he logrado obtener muchas cosas que deseaba, pero detrás de todo esto está mi arduo trabajo diario en la realización de mis maquillajes, que han sido muy bien recompensados por el apoyo de @appreciator, @ocd y @fedesox principalmente.

**Por estos motivos, incluyendo además cada uno de los que describen personalmente mis compañeras, amigas y familia de #MakeUpPower en sus post de protesta, alzamos la voz simbólicamente a través de nuestro maquillaje "EL SILENCIO DE LAS MAQUILLADORAS", con el fin de ser escuchadas, tener un impacto y demostrar que somos una comunidad unida, y que no permitiremos que continúen estos malos tratos que hemos estado recibiendo injustificadamente en las últimas semanas y nos afecta, a muchas más que otras, pero al final del día somos una familia que se apoya. Por último pero no menos importante, esperamos la concientización, apoyo y respaldo de nuestros amigos de #HIVEBLOG en general. Hoy es nuestra comunidad la que está sufriendo consecuencias que desaniman y afectan el gran trabajo que desempeñan a diario muchas de nosotras y el cual es el sustento, pero el día de mañana puede ser cualquier otro. ¡EMPATÍA!**
