My City Escape Spot: Pallet Homes
Work dragged me back to the city again. And as much as I love earning money (because bills don’t pay themselves), city life can be exhausting. But one thing I never stress about? Where to stay.
I always know where to go—Pallet Homes
This place is like a pocket of calm in the middle of the chaos.. The interiors are simple but aesthetic. Think cozy Japanese-inspired vibes with wood, plants, and soft cushions everywhere. The kind of space that makes you want to curl up with a book, sip coffee, and pretend life is easy.
The living area? Relaxing, with low tables, comfy pillows, and plants that I’m 99% sure are healthier than me 😆

The kitchen? Cute and practical
They’ve got mugs hanging neatly like it’s an art installation.
The bedroom? Soft beds, clean sheets, and just enough pillows to build a mini fortress if you’re feeling extra 😁

And the best part? The price Just ₱800 a night (around $14 USD) Yup, you get all that cozy comfort for less than the price of a fancy city dinner

I’ve stayed here before, and every time work pulls me back to the city, this is my no-brainer choice. It’s affordable, aesthetic, and feels like home,, minus the chores, off course 😆
So yeah, while the city tries to drain me, Pallet Homes fills me back up
