After lunch, I went for a bike ride, and in the evening, I took the dogs to the forest park by the pond so they could swim and we could enjoy a walk.

K večeru jsem šel se psy do lesoparku k rybníku, vykoupat psy a trochu se projít.
I hadn’t been cycling for a long time, and after yesterday’s hill run, I didn’t feel like running today. Instead, I decided on a two-hour bike ride, keeping my heart rate below 120 bpm.
Dlouho jsem jen tak na kole nejel. Po včerejším kopci se mi nechtělo jít běhat.
Rozhodl jsem se pro 2-hodinovou jízdu na kole s tepy do 120 t/m
It was quite warm, so the pond was the perfect place for the dogs to cool off.
Dneska bylo dost teplo, vzal jsem psy k rybníku, aby se mohli vykoupat.
