Chop Steakhouse & Bar has a heated patio and is open for business during these times. Centre Cut New York was highly recommended by our waiter and I decided to give it a try.
The steak was made to my liking (medium-rare) and was served on a hot plate, which is a nice touch, especially when sitting out in the cold.
Side order of mushrooms - presentation on a skillet was a nice touch.
Extra hot cappuccino and the famous creme brule with organic vanilla.
